Salesperson
Udor USA Inc supplies Diaphragm, Plunger Pumps and Accessories. The company was started in 1989 as a distribution point for North America. The pumps are all manufactured at our factory in Italy and imported to the US market which is done right here in Ramsey. The salesperson we are looking for will work from our new facility in Ramsey, MN. There will be some national travel involved in trade shows and 2 to 3 regional trips to visit our customers. Trade shows and regional trips are held annually. We offer on-the-job training for our specific products and industry. Responsibilities
- Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our products meet the needs of customers
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers
- Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all product and service categories
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections- Training of our products will be necessary. You will get dirty during this training time
- Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations
- Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that our customers’ needs are being met
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Three or more years of sales experience
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to customer events and trade shows
- Proficiency with sales management software, CRM and Microsoft Office 365
- Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
Schedule
- Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch
- 9 days of Holiday pay
